CEAL is an Association of Lay Faithful, Clergy, Religious and Institutes from different Parishes and countries who of their own free Will, enroll in the Confraternity and pledge to spend a dedicated number of hours per year in Eucharistic Adoration, praying for the objectives of the Confraternity.
Fr. Robert Romaine was inspired to start CEAL after attending the January 2020 "March for Life" in St. Augustine, FL. Saddened by Abortion but raised up by the enthusiastic prayerfulness of the crowd, Fr. Bob wanted to establish a devotional community for Adoration for Life issues. CEAL is open to all the devoted, of any Parish throughout the world, simply by utilizing the existing Holy Hour times of their respective Parishes. The hours pledged are completely determined by the individual; there is no minimum or maximum.
The Confraternity of Eucharistic Adoration for Life ( CEAL) is not a ministry of any particular Parish but rather, an independent Association of Christian Faithful. CEAL is however requesting ecclesiastical recognition by the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL.
By participating in the Eucharistic Adoration for half an hour or more an any given day, one receives a plenary(full) indulgence which is applicable towards your own spiritual advancement or for the Souls in Purgatory who are hungering for God's Mercy.
Therefore, CEAL Members pledge to spend a certain number of hours each year in Eucharistic Adoration, praying for the goals of the Confraternity:
1. Protection from Abortion of babies in the womb.
2. Protection of children and youth from Human Trafficking
3. Protection of the Elderly from euthanasia
4. Protection and deliverance of the suicidally inclined
Members share in the indulgences attached to Eucharistic Adoration as we pray for these most vulnerable members of Society.
All you need to do is complete the application form to be enrolled as a member of the Confraternity. http://bit.ly/CEAL_Enrollment
There are no dues or fees and no required minimum or maximum hours to pledge. While our prayer is individual, our collective impact is enormous. There are no mandatory meetings although we would like to stay in touch with members through our website, Facebook, Newsletters and email to provide devotionals and prayerful resources that will make Adoration especially Blessed and meaningful. And we would love to hear from you regarding your experiences so that we can pass them along to all CEAL members.
For the greater Glory of God, and for the more complete Sanctification of myself and my neighbor, and through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, and St. Therese of Lisieux our Patron, of all the Angels and Saints, I ................, of my own free Will, choose to be a Member of the Confraternity of Eucharistic Adoration for Life (CEAL).
Therefore, I make my Promise to God today that I will fulfill my Pledge of spending a specified number of hours a year in prayer during Eucharistic Adoration for the objectives of the Confraternity and the protection of the most vulnerable members of society; babies in the womb from abortion; children, youth and adults from human trafficking; the elderly from euthanasia and the troubled from suicide.
I thank you God - The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit for the gifts you have bestowed on me, on the Confraternity and on your whole Creation. I pray that I may come to abide in you, gain Wisdom and Fortitude and grow ever closer to you, Amen.
